Adult Learning Theory ILT
I designed, developed and facilitated this instructor-led training for clinical leaders who would facilitate in-person trainings and live virtual presentations for their teams. Many of them had little to no experience as a trainer, so by helping them understand the basics of adult learning theory, this ILT helped to lay the foundation for their roles as trainers.
The live virtual delivery provided opportunities for discussions and questions. I utilized an interactive platform within the presentation to help facilitate participation.

The first slide displays the lesson topics and discussion questions as menu items. This design allows for flexibility during open discussion to move to different topics or questions as needed.

For the purposes of this demonstration, the presentation is displayed as a recording to show transition effects and interaction.
